A Wall Street alum and serial entrepreneur, Norma is shaping global sustainability through AI-driven innovation and leadership across LATAM and the U.S.

🏆 Norma Canales began her finance career on Wall Street, collaborating with family offices and private equity firms in both Mexico and the United States. A serial entrepreneur, she has founded companies in multiple industries, including energy, real estate, and finance.

As CEO of ANCA Corp., Norma leads a real estate development and structuring company active in Latin America and the United States. She also serves as CEO of GCM Inc., a private equity fund focused on real estate and infrastructure projects in Mexico, the U.S., and the Caribbean. In addition, she is CEO and Co-founder of Green Block Global, generating impact at the crossroads of science, energy, engineering, and finance—empowering a greener future through innovative solutions and secure platforms for carbon credits.

Recognized among the 50 most influential women in energy by Hydrogen Economist, Norma contributes to both Forbes Magazine and El Financiero Bloomberg. She received the Leadership Award from MoRe (Money and Real Estate) in Las Vegas in 2023 and was recognized as Business Development CEO of the Year 2024 - New York by CEO Monthly Magazine. 

Norma is a Doctor in Business Administration candidate specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Walsh College and is pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence at the Texas McCombs School of Business. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a certificate in Investment Banking from the Investment Banking Institute of New York. Norma has also passed the FINRA Series 6 and 66 exams and is a Notary Public in New York.
